Experiment lagi
|
|
On Sunday, apa lagi kalau x buat experiment kat dapur..
Pagi2 tried making some waffles. Got the recipe from Rachael Ray's website . Tp I don't have any waffle machine. What I did was, I put my waffle batter kat dlm sandwich maker..heheh..tu yg jadik comel2 mcm sandwich tu..Nevertheless, it was tasty, esp mkn panas2 masa musim sejuk ni dgn jam, butter & honey. Kalau ada maple syrup lagi besh..Sara pun mkn dkt 2 keping jgk..suka je dia mkn ngarut2 mcm tuh...

Ingredients
3 large eggs
1 1/3 cups milk
1 3/4 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
6 tbsp melted butter ~ cooled
Method
1. Preheat the waffle iron (or in my case, the sandwich maker). In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs and then whisk in the milk. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt (I sifted the flour, baking powder & salt together). Pour in the egg mixture and whisk to combine; lumps will remain. Pour in the butter and stir until combined. Do not overmix.
3. Ladle about 1/3 cup batter for every 4-inch square of the waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer's directions. Repeat with the remaining batter. |
sara enjoying the waffle (dahla makan tangan kiri)
sara "playing" with the waffle (nk menambahkan kerja mommy la tuh)

Then we skipped lunch since breakfast dah mengenyangkan..Pastu rasa teringin nak mkn bubur cha-cha..dulu masa pregnantkan sara, ngidam nk mkn bubur cha-cha..sebut ja nk mkn, then my mom terus buatkan..hehehe..best tul zaman tu..cakap je nk mkn apa..tup2 dah dok berasap dapur..rindu sgt kat mak..
