Chocolate Cheesecake Brownies (MaMaFaMi's)

Hmm...a few days ago I tried to bake this brownies by using a recipe "tepek-ed" by MaMaFaMi...Nak kata betul2 menjadi tu xle kot sbb rupa brownies tu sangat hodoh dan tidak menyelerakan... Tapi fortunately, rasanya ada ummmppphhhhhh... Sebabnya, my husband is not really a cake lover (but I am.. )..Tapi, since I baked this brownies, balik je dr ofis, dia terus bukak peti ais and makan se-slice of it..Everyday..So, thanks again, MaMa for the lovely recipe...Nevertheless, I still want to tepek my brownies pix here...Sorry ye MaMa if I don't do justice for this recipe... And here's my version of the brownies..

Cheesecake mixture
1 egg
225 g full fat cream cheese (I used Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese)
50 g castor sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence

Brownie mixture
115 g dark bittersweet chocolate
115 g unsalted butter (I used normal butter ~ cari unsalted kat kedai tp x jumpa.. )
150 g light muscovado sugar (I used brown sugar)
2 eggs ~ beaten
50 g flour (I used cake flour)

1. Preheat oven to 160oC
2. For the cheescake mixture : Beat egg till fluffy, add in cream cheese, castor sugar and vanilla essence. Beat till well mixed. Set aside.
3. For the brownie mixture : Melt butter and chocolte using double-boil method. Stir well to mix. Add sugar and stir. Pour in the beaten egg, a bit at a time and continue stirring well till mixed. Finally add in the flour and mix well.
4. Line a cake tin (20 cm / 8 in) with greaseproof paper. Pour 2/3 of the brownie mixture. Level it. Then pour the whole of the cheesecake mixture on top. Finally, cover it with the other 1/3 of the brownie mixture.
5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or till the midle is done. (I baked until 60 minutes I guess).
6. Leave to cool before cutting.

My brownies look hodoh because the recipe asked to pour 2/3 of the mixture first..I punyala dok ralit, ter'pour' nearly suma kat dlm tu..pastu tu yg jadi the top one compang camping tuh..heheh.sloppy me...
